Good morning lovely people!
I hope you are having a good week.
Mine was dedicated so far to doing admin, catching up on work backlog, attending events and packing for my next adventure which will be this weekend: we are off on a girl’s weekend to Barcelona, I am so excited! Make sure you follow my adventures on Insta Stories as I will be covering the whole weekend and we have so many nice things planned.
In the meantime, most of you are at work this week, so I thought I should post a chic Summer office look.
While shopping with my sister on Marylebone High Street, we went into Sandro and she found this stunning skirt! I am always very sceptical about pencil skirts, as they are not the most flattering piece of clothing, but when I tried this one on it was pure magic! Other customers in the shop turned around to tell me how beautiful it looked! It is fitted but also cut in a way it hides all the unnecessary bits.
It is a royal blue and navy guipure-lace skirt, part of it is lined and the rest is sheer, but still decent enough for work. It could be worn with many colours: navy, white or black. I opted for a loose fitted white classic blouse from Zara which I tucked in for an elongated legs effect and to counter balance the fitted skirt.
Accessory wise, I went for the royal blue Fendi Peekaboo bag and its pompon, black Chanel shades and black So Kate Louboutins.
This is a look that screams “I am chic but I also mean business!”, you can shop it at the end of the post.
Have a lovely rest of the week!
