I have been wearing different shades of green lately, which explains the title of this post.
It’s not a colour that I have worn much simply because I never thought that green would suit me. My version of ‘a touch of green’ was limited to handbags (2) and smaller accessories.
But then it all changed a couple of months ago when I wore a pistachio green top for which I received so many compliments. Then I found this green Halston Heritage dress for a rehearsal dinner in Italy, and same thing happened, everyone was inquiring about it (wedding guest and so many of you!) and said that green really looked great with my tan. Bottom line of this introduction is that our taste changes throughout the years and we should always allow ourselves to test new things.
Why change a winning team (as the French say)… So here is another outfit with a green item in it, and this time it is an Asos maxi/midi skirt in scuba, a fantastic fabric which has the amazing particularity of creasing very little.
My top is by Maje bought a few seasons back, but I have added a couple of similar ones at the end of the post. My bag is by Prada and I have been wearing it all Summer! It is sadly sold out in simple nude but available in nude with embroidery, in black or black and white. Finally, the shoes are The “Spin Me” model by Aquazzura, they are also sold out in nude but are available in red and black.
You will find the links to buy all the above at the end of the post.
Enjoy surfing the net and see you soon! x
